I've read Meg Cabot's Princess Diaries series, which I enjoyed, but I don't really read romance books much anymore, so I haven't read any of her books in years.

Kristen Higgins and Jill Shalvis are definitely good for a laugh.
You should try Penny Reid and Christina Lauren.
I think I may have read a Kristen Higgins book at some point, but I really don't remember. The others, I haven't tried. This topic has convinced me that I need more humorous books in my life, so thanks for suggesting some authors to try.
