Top Ten Tuesday: favorite heroines

This week's topic is favorite heroines from books. This is a list I could go on and on about - so I cut my set off after the first 10 that came to mind, but man it was hard....
Grave Mercy (His Fair Assassin, #1)
Ismae, Sybella, and Annith

A Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire, #1)
Arya Stak

Artemis Fowl (Artemis Fowl, #1)
Holly Short

The Lonely Hearts Club (The Lonely Hearts Club, #1)
Penny Lane
Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy, #1)
Rose Hathaway
The Princess Diaries (The Princess Diaries, #1)
Princess Mia

Poison Study (Study, #1)

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Harry Potter, #1)
Hermoine Granger

A Spy in the House (The Agency, #1)
Mary Quinn

Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1)
Celaena Sardothien

Who are your favorites?

I stretched the definition a bit and included Barbara Havers from the Elizabeth George novels and Ramona Quimby from the Beverly Cleary books.

I preferred Sansa Stark :-) I agree with Princess Mia as well. Celaena made my list too, although she seems to have made a lot of lists :-)

I'm only familiar with a few of these... though others are from books on my TBR list.

I went with historical heroines for my TTT. You can check them out on my page.

I haven't read the Princess Diaries books, but now I wish I had. She is one of my favorite movie characters, and would have been so good for this list.

Love Ismae, Sybella and Annith! Almost chose them, but chose them yesterday for my Assassins Top 5! Ohh, Penny and Mia, nice! Eep, I need to read the rest of the Study books SOON! Ohh, Hermione, NICE!! I was so so close to picking Celaena!

I went with Celaena and Hermione too - they are some of the best heroines EVER ♥ Love them both to pieces! Ismae is a fantastic pick too, I actually only recently read Grave Mercy for the first time but I adored Ismae! She definitely deserves a spot on this list^^ Awesome choices!
