Mental Health Display

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

According to the National Alliance on Mental Health, 1 in 5 teens live with a mental health condition - half before the age of 14 and 3/4 before the age of 24.*

Our society needs to be better about talking about mental health. We need to make sure people are comfortable seeking help - that they're not afraid of asking for help. That it's not seen as a sign of weakness, but instead a sign of strength. That they know they are not alone. 

And that things will get better.
