I'm afraid to report, as of 2017, the method described no longer works. The domain, http://flickrcc.bluemountains.net/index.php has ceased to be. So, don't you'll have to find another method to make a fake book cover. I'm still searching Google to find a method that works. But I thought I would just post and let everyone else know! I hope the author of this blog still checks their email!
