This week's topic is book related problems. If you're addicted to books as I am - you definitely have these...
- meme from The Broke and the Bookish
- Overdue fines at the library
- Books ALL over the house- in bookcases (sometimes double booked, in piles, or even on the floor
- TBR pile that I will NEVER finish (1929 according to my Goodreads list)
- Books that I meant to read, but never did (yet)
- Never enough TIME to read
- People asking me if I've read X book
- People surprised when I haven't read X book
- People surprised when I only read happy books
- Waiting for the next book to come out in a series (especially if I've been lucky to read the book early.)
I read to escape - and I love it. These aren't real problems, more like irritations or inconveniences.
What irritates you?
I pretty much need to become a vampire if I want to read all the books on my tbr list, yet I still buy more. Great list!

I hate people asking what I'm reading and their surprise at what I have/haven't read.
ReplyDeleteI have a massive TBR pile and am always wanting to add more of them to my TBR pile is a big issue for me. Here's a link to my TTT for the week: http://captivatedreader.blogspot.com/2015/02/top-ten-tuesday-ten-book-related.html
ReplyDeleteGreat list! I have a TBR pile that I will never be able to finish too. I like to think that I can, but there's just too many books that I want to read and the pile keeps growing everyday. :(

Overdue fines at the library are the worst! I do take comfort in my big TBR pile, though -- it's really nice to know that there won't ever be a time when I'm not reading something.
ReplyDeleteWow, great list Jennifer! I can definitely relate to having an obscene amount of books on my to be read list!
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT if you would like to check it out :)
