Tween Tuesday Review: Double Vision Code Name 711

* Sequel to Double Vision *

Linc has a visit from a government agent asking for his help. There's been a threat to the President's life. Pandora's working on it - bringing in their big guns. Linc and his twin look-a-like are needed to help uncover clues to the whereabouts of a very important coat from George Washington. The coat makes the wearer invincible. Along with the coat, there appears to be a mole in the White House - one who wants the President dead.

Now it's up to Linc and Green to find and recover the coat. The boys, who dislike each other, make a bet to see which secret agent will recover the coat first. Linc has some help from Henry, the tech guy, and Amy, the first daughter. Together, they uncover an ancient spy ring. With some help, they just might be able to unravel the plot against the President and her family.
My Thoughts: I really like this series - it's fun with lots of action and danger. I love how Linc finds himself in trouble - most of the time. I enjoy his relationship with Benjamin Green and Henry. I really liked Amy and how she insisted on helping and not remaining behind. I love the idea of the ancient spy ring, passed down through generations and involving key players in American History. I can't wait to see what happens next with Linc, Green, and Henry.

Cover Thoughts: Fun

  3. This book sounds very similar to the Alex Rider books, so it sounds like a lot of fun.

  4. I wouldn't say they are my favorite BUT I have plenty of students who LOVE them - mostly the Alex Rider series. But of course the girls love the Gallagher Girl Series.
